Sameer Chopra is a humorist, a technologist, author, and DevOps Enthusiast. He is also an apologist and would like to say “sorry that the list you read contains an item that doesn’t end with “ist.”
Sameer is employed at one of the big cloud providers and spends his time doing buzzwordy things like “adding value” “having impact” and “breaking barriers.” In his free time he annoys his wife and kids with jokes.
Sameer lives in the US in a fly-over state. But don’t worry- he gets his fair taste of culture when he travels all over the cultural world- from San Francisco to New York. There, now everyone’s offended.
Sameer has spoken at many tech conferences and to tech companies about DevOps and how to embrace change. Whether it’s flipping to SaaS, adopting DevOps, embracing Cloud, digital transformation, or scaling inner sourcing- he’s spoken about it. (If you don’t know what these words mean- don’t worry- he’s speaking to companies because they clearly don’t understand the words either!).
